DomainConcurrency = "version" | "expected" | "none"

How concurrent edits are guarded on a table: 'version' — the platform's row version (expectedVersion); 'expected' — the old values of the changed columns (expected, an external table); 'none' — the table takes no guard (a read-only table, or a binding whose connector cannot compare).
