FieldAccess

FieldAccess = "editable" | "readonly" | "immutable"

What the caller may do with one field: readonly fields render as text, editable ones take input, immutable ones take input on a NEW row and are read-only afterwards (the key columns of an external table — settable on insert, never patched). A column the caller may not SEE is absent from DomainAccess.fields altogether.
