What a user-schema apply loses (DomainApplyPlan.lost): per dropped table, per dropped
column, and per re-pointed or demoted ref ('<table>.<column>') the saved filters travelling
through it, however many refs the path crosses (up to four). Each entry counts a filter once, but
the entries overlap: a filter travelling through a demoted ref into a dropped table counts under
both refs and tables.
