DomainDraftTable

One remote table of the schema — the inventory lists EVERY table, requested or not, so an
author sees what else could be drafted. A bindable one is in the manifest under its
logical name (when requested, or when no tables were named) with the primary key as
key; the others say why not (external-table-view, external-key-missing,
external-column-type; external-table-missing for a requested name the schema lacks).
