DomainDraft

A manifest drafted over an external database (DomainsDataSource.draft): the manifest as
the author's starting point, the inventory of what the warehouse has and what the draft did with
it, and warehouse-level diagnostics: external-relations-unavailable (the foreign keys could not
be read), external-schema-empty (the schema is listed but holds no table), external-schema-missing
(the connection does not list it — on PostgreSQL an empty schema reads as missing too),
external-schema-unlisted (no table, and the schema list could not be read). Nothing is
registered until DomainsDataSource.createSchema.
